Open "mscofig" from the the run command in the start menu,
go to startup and start unticking things, it might be a
joke program of some sort or a key logger that has gone
mad.

OR

The quick way is to start in safe mode ( F8 while the
computer is starting up ) and if it doesn't happen there
the above remedy will work.

Otherwise you might need a priest.

If you find the file responsible, please email it to me.
