I am using MS Access 2000 on Windows 98. We send reports
out in snapshot form. We advise customers that if they
cannot read the file then get them to click on this link

to download viewer from Microsoft. But a customer has just
sent me this message.
We can't run snapshot using windows XP pro. The download
from the ms website is only up to windows 2000, and then
when it tries to install it asks for the XP pro CD. When
you give it the XP pro CD (either windows, or office) it
doesn't find what it's looking for.
This is the first time this has happened. Any ideas ??
