windows xp home ed cannot access my docs

I have an HP computer purchased at Wal-mart. All of the
sudden errors about installing something came up and i
said no and it says that it doesn;t know if it is secure,
and now after trying the suggested online fixes, and
doing a full out system recovery, it tells me that the my
docs folder is inaccessible and i am very frusterated.
what can i do to fix this?
