View Full Version : XP Stop IRQL Errors....Blue Screen of death

im getting Blue Screen of death stop errors when i play
video games. IRQL stop 0X0000007f, 0X00000008, etc.......
How can i tell if its software or hardware that is causing
the porblem. also i have all the current drives for all
hardware and all serveces packs and windows updates that
my system requirs. Im running MSI 845 GE Max, P4 2,4b, 1Gb
of ram333, Gforce3 64bit. Creative 5.1 sound card, and
Netgear ethernet, USB Disabled, OS XP

Is the mahine being properly cooled? overheating
sometimes causes this
Ive used that mobo myself before- XP runs fine on it

When you say cooled do you mean with the normal fans
provided when you get a new pc or should i add extra fans
to my pc?.
The temps of my pc are all within the correct borders.
