Hi,
The reason you can not access the attachments is because
this is
the default setting for Outlook Express SP1.
Have you recently installed Windows XP SP1 or Outlook
Express 6 SP1 ?
This "blocking" feature can easily be disabled!
The following article explains how to do this very easily
and includes
some screen shots of the process too.
