Install of SP2

After install of XP SP2, desktop icons freeze and pc requires log off and log
on to unfreeze. Anyone any ideas on this.

Perhaps you need to update your video drivers. Visit the manufacturer's site
for your particular video card or motherboard if the video is onboard and
see if they have newer drivers for the card. If you don't know the
manufacturer this little freeware app can help
