Application error

Getting the following error message:

CiceroUIWndFrame: ad.exe - application error

The instruction at "0x746f3b60" referenced memory
at "0x746f3b60." The memory could not be "read." Click
ok to terminate program.

Now, I have no idea what program it is referring to.
Also, when I click ok, the message goes away but nothing
else happens. The message will reappear periodically and
it is becoming quite a nuisance! I think this only
happens while I am online using Internet Explorer 6.0.

Any help would be great. Thanks!
