System Restore Utility

I don't know what I did. Everytime I try to use the
system restore utility I get the following message:

rstrui.exe - entry point not found
The procedure entry point
remoteassistancepreparesystemrestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll

Anyone know what this means? Can I fix it without
fdisking my drive and reinstalling XP Home?
