I have a Dell 8300 running XP Pro. I have a McAfee firewall and Norton
Antivirus. Every time I try any kind of backup with the installed XP utility
the program locks up after a few minutes and doesn't respond to control alt
delete. Power down is the only way out. There is no indication in the
instructions or help files that other programs need to be shut down. Is there
a conflict or is this utility just defective?
