CRC error setups .cab file

Your CD-ROM drive is probably the problem if every single
CD is doing this, and a clean install of Windows doesn't
help.

If the CD-ROM is malfunctioning, it's certainly possible
you would get these sorts of errors.

Have you tried swapping in a new CD-ROM drive?
