I get the following unsolvable error message whenever I
run Norton WinDoctor:

"C:\WINDOWS\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE" cannot access a
necessary file: "gapi32.dll"

How can I help MAPISRVR.EXE access "gapi32.dll" or where
can I get a copy of "gapi32.dll"?

What do I need to do to fix this problem?
