Each time I boot/reboot one or more icons disappear, only (maybe) to
reappear sometime later when the computer is rebooted.
How do I get all of the system tray icons I'm supposed to have each time I
boot/reboot the computer?

Try this.... right click on a blank area of SysTray near the clock. Choose
Properties. Look at the bottom line & uncheck Hide Inactive Icons, if it is
checked.
