I purchased the Diskeeper 7.0 and have installed it without problems.
But doing manual defrag or Ste and Forget never brings the defrag down.
There are sometimes a couple thousand files that are still fragmented after
running Diskeeper 7.0.
Anyone else having these problems?
Tech. support so far have not been able to solve the problem.

Hi,
I just tested the new installation of Diskeeper 7.0 which I downloaded,
after Mr. Jenson (their new Technical Support Manager) called and which I
then installed.
It all seems to finally work and I want you to thank Mr. Lance Jenson very
much for the knowledge and time he took to settle a technical matter.
Just for the Record and for your Technical personnel and anyone else who may
have ever run into problems with Diskeeper 7.0:
There were 2 Files that stopped the proper working of Diskeeper 7.0
One was call exclude.dat
and the other
excl.all
Mr Jenson has no idea how they got there and I certainly wanted to exclude
NOTHING, I just wanted all to be defragmented.
Well ,deleting those files got Diskeeper 7.0 working fine.I can now manually
use diskeeper and get excellent results and also use the Set and Forget
option.
