XP Problems/Panda AV/

Problem with sister in laws PC

Firstly, she had problems in removing her old Panda AV whilst trying to
renew it.

In attemping to correct this situation can I asume she has now corrupted her
system. (Reg files ?)

She is unable to use system restore (I 'm assuming she didn't disable it
prior to going into safe mode.) it states that it's not there.

When she clicks on Start, All programs nothing is there also.

What can be done to rectify this problem.

If you want a good answer and some help, you're going to have to give us much
more information. What did whe do whilst trying to remove Panda? What did whe
do in safe mode? What happens if you try to go to a restore point?
