My mother is new to computing and about a 500 miles away. I am trying to
help her long-distance. Lately when she right-clicks on a photo in her email
to print it, instead of getting the usual menu choices (save, saveas, print
picture......) she gets a DISABLE TOOLBAR. She says clicking it does not
make it go away. Is this a spyware thing or perhaps something she may have
done inadvertantly because of a "wrong" click? She has McAfee antivirus but
the virus sigs may be a month behind. Thanks for your time.

Perhaps a setting in an internet security program she has installed? A
search on google for "disable toolbar right click" brings up several hits
to this option in several such programs.
