System Properties> Advanced> Performance> Settings> Advanced> Virtual
Memory> Change. If you have custom pagefile settings, increase the size
for the minimum pagefile here or change to the "Let Windows Manage"
option.

That specific problem - low virtual memory error at shutdown (and only
at shutdown) has been associated with the Live Update feature in
Norton Internet Security.

Symantec has posted a fix for this problem. Download the file
LRSETUP.EXE from http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/files/lu/lu.html and
run it.

Good luck
