Ctrl Alt Delete Problem

[sunshine20]

I just bought a new computer and if something was going wrong i would
just use the above to shut down problems but now windows xp wont let
me do it! Like nothing at all comes up when i press those 3 buttons.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
