Can't stop redial when connection dropped

It seems that a change has been made to your resistry that
tells your computer to redial when your internet
connection is dropped that is not being changed back when
you uncheck this option. I don't know the regisry key that
needs to be changed at the moment, in the mean time I
suggest asking Microsoft and I will get back to you if I
find it.
