CRC errors tell you that the resulting transferred file does not match
the CRC number noted within the source file. For example, CRC errors
that appear when downloading from the internet indicate a "bad" file
transfer. Once in a great while they are due to a damaged source file.

Since you're getting this message with an Office program, you may want
to ask this question in the Outlook newsgroups. They may have some
suggestions for getting this synching to work correctly for you.
