copy xp settings

Hi,
I read somewhere That One can copy the setting from one
xp pc to another. Ok!! This is what i am trying to do. I
am trying to set up my network an something is not right
on one of the computers. so i thought if i could copy the
setting one computer and put it no the other.
if i could get some help i would be much greatful.
