Disk Cleanup

When I start Disk Cleanup this function just hangs up.
Any suggestions on to fix this problem?

Line 48, Right column "Disk Cleanup - Compress..."
Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
