Using Windows Messenger 5.1 on Exchange 2000. I have one machine where I
can't get replies to messages. Seems the my Online/Offline status
propogates just fine. And I can send messages and people get them. But
their replies never get back to my messenger window. Any thoughts?
I've tried all the standard stuff: Logoff/Logon / Reboot /
Uninstall/ReInstall - even disabled messenger in AD and re-enabled. But no
luck.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Greetings Jerry,
One reason for this is if either you or your contact have the firewall engaged in Windows XP.
Simply switch it off (see the Properties for your Network Connection) and see if that
corrects the issue.
