Dear friends,
I have Canon 150MVi digital camcorder which has a firewire port. I
have laptop with windowXP which has firewire port. I have recoreded
movie from camcorder onto RWCD via window movie maker. But just now
found out that the quality of picture in the RWCD on playback on
full-screen of laptop is very poor compared to the quality of original
recording.
When I changed the format of recording into DV/AVI ( 25 frames per
sec) (Apprx 750X560(Pxl)) then the recorded material became so large
that could not be copied onto CDRW.
I desperately want to know how can I record my movies onto disk from
camcorder cassettes so that these could be preserved for longtime.
Also I am also frustrated that after spending so much time to record 8
camcorder cassettes, it is going to be wasted. Is there a way I can
convert these saved / copied files onto some other format to improve
picture quality?
Please help me out in this.
Thanks, RAS
