admin account question

I let a relative use my computer last night and today
found my homepage set to this

http://www.my-internet.info/?
origin=homepage&account_id=2010&software_id=0001

and am now unable to access the TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS
menu from the toolbar. Under the control panel I now have
two Administrator Accounts, the one I set up and one
labeled "Administrator". This second one can't be
modified and I was wondering how to delete it safely (if
that is possible).

You should be able to highlite the account and then delete it.
