Your post is dated 2/6/2003 because your date/clock is 24hours fast - your
post gets prioritised ahead of everyone elses this is considered bad
netiquette! You have also crossposted to several newsgroups - this takes up
bandwidth and is also considered bad netiquette!

Your response is considered bad netiquette because almost all times posted
are by a server and not the poster.

Greetings --

No, actually, you seem to be running roughly 11 to 12 hours ahead
of everyone else. Are you set for the correct time zone?

?

Rubbish.

Newsservers do not post in the future. It is purely down to the OP's
PC clock/timezone - which they have kindly accepted.

Time is a human creation, atomic decay is real. Now that is
said LOL. certain human functions all run on a single time,
formerly known as Zulu, mow UTC because those operations
might conflict if there was no standard reference.
Air traffic control, radio broadcasting, and the Internet
are examples of such time critical operations.
Spammers often post ahead, so their stuff is always at the
top and appears current so it doesn't get deleted.
Google returned this,
UTC Time Conversion
UTC Time Conversion. As a global scientific project,
SETI@home keeps
time using Universal Time (UTC) and a twenty four hour
clock. ...
