Please use standard English grammar, sentence structure and punctuation.
Your post is virtually impossible to understand. What is the error message
on that blue screen you see? Word for word.

How did you "re-install" XP? Is your information backed up?

Using sentences that can be understood will be more likely to get your mail
read and so get you some help.
Good Luck.

Hi James,
give this a try. When the PC starts and you get to what should be the logon
stage, press Ctr-Alt-Del now release the delete key, but carry on holding
down the Ctr-Alt keys now press the delete key again. It is very important
to use exactly the sequence I have stated. Now what should have happened is
that a login box should have appeared. Just type your login name and
password into the fields provided and press enter. If you don't use a
password leave that field blank. Hope it works
