I have Windows XP home edition. I have only two users on
my system. I built the computer and have a P4 2.0 cpu,
180 gig hard drive, and 2 gig or ram, should be very fast
and used to be. The problem works both ways depending on
who logs on 1st. Who ever olgs on second it takes like 2
minutes for the information to come on the screen to
allow me to check mail or surf.
Any ideas on waht I should do or check?
