WIN XP Sys Config Utility

On Windows 98 there is a handy start up config utility
accessed from start,accessories,system info,tolls then
sys config utility.
I saw it once on my new XP machine but cant seem to find
it again! Can someone please tell me where this is.

Go to Start/Run, type: msconfig and press OK. Click the Start Up tab.
