View Full Version : Printer setup for multiple users?

Hi,

I'm setting up a number of Windows XP Pro systems on my network, AD Domain.
I see now that each time a new user logs into a system they do not have any
printers setup. Even though I have installed the printers as the
Administrator.

I really don't want to have to install printers for each person who wants to
use a different computer. How can I install printers once and have them
available to every user on a computer?

Thanks in advance,
Linn

Hi Cari,

Thanks for the tip, tried it on one system and it looks like it's working
fine. That's great!
