Initial problem, When I went to my computer, CD drives E
and F vanished. Contacted microsoft and they worked me
through the problem and restored the drives. After
turning off the computer an starting it up the next day
the drives were again gone. I followed the instructions
and restored them, that is when the next problem started,
the computer will not be shut down, it keeps rebooting.
the only way to power down is to wait for the screen to
show windows is shutting down and turn off the power
switch. Upon turning the power back on, the computer
turns on with out having to push the power button on the
front of the computer.
