It is unlikely that is THE Windows; but, Norton is an
octupus, it wraps itself around everything, eating it out
from the inside, like termites.
First, I would go to the Symantec site and post. Next,
I would unistall Norton. I would run System Restore
first, always run System Restore before you do anything.
I would punch up Windows on Search, and see what and
how many and what size and directory that file is from.
