I'm using windows xp professional edition there are times
when i start my pc, it hangs and stop responding. This
happens when the black background with the windows xp
professional logo on the screen, where the moving counter
or meter stops. After that i have to restart my system in
safe mode in order my pc to run again. What seems to be
the problem here? How can i fix this?
