Hi,
Recycle Bin icon disappears from the desktop each time
when I turn off computer.
I have to disconnect the computer from power to shut
down. Clicking on "turning off" does not do it anymore.
Should I re-install Windows XP from purchased Windows XP
CD and follow upgrade instructions?
I would appreciate
