Hello. Similar to Albert Lim's post, my Dell P3-850
running XP hangs during the startup. When I press the
power button to turn on, the PC just hangs there with a
blank screen and power light on with no activity
whatsoever. I then press the "Reset" button on the PC
and it begins to boot normally. Occassionally, it hangs
on the shutdown, as well, on the screen that
says "Windows is now Shutting Down" and remains there
indefinitely, at least hours anyway. I suspect a BIOS
config problem, but please advise. Thanks!!
