System has recovered from a serious error

OUT OF THE BLUE, WHATEVER IM DOING AT THE TIME MY SYSTEM
WILL SHUTDOWN BY ITSELF AND RESTART ITSELF AGAIN. AFTER
LOGGING IN A MESSAGE APPEARS STATING "MY SYTEM HAS
RECOVERED FROM A SERIOUS ERROR". ERROR STATES THIS
MESSAGE EVERYTIME.....

C:\Docume~1\Dotte\Loads~1\Temp\Wer1.tmp.dir00\syda ta,xml

This has happened 10 times approx. Sometime its does not
occur for several days,sometimes it happenes 3 times in 1
day. Please does anyone have the answer to this odd
behavior????
