Hi,
When doing normal run of the day tasks my system throws a BSOD.
I have a stop code.

0x0000000A (0XA06EC40C, 0X0000001C,0X00000000, 0X806F46D4)

My System as follows

P4 2.6
TNT Riva 32mgb AGP Card
160gig hd
Win xp sp 2

from the little information given all i can say is reinstall windows,
if you give me more informaton, perhaps i can give a better
surgestion.

UPGRADE that video card dude your system needs (can handle) 128mb AGP at 2-4x
or if 8x you need more GPU for your CPU, might help? Can't hurt and there
cheaper than PCI Express cards.

if the computer is only a desktop computer and is not and never will
be used for gaming or any thing of the like, a TNT2 is more then inof
for such a system, of course if you can play Quake 3 on a TNT2, what
more do you need? :P

This is a very true statement, but as computers and devices get older and new
software and devices appear, when all get mixed together it can cause
problems for the users of either software or hardware. XP on an old PIII is a
push as 98se on a P4 is a limited shove, and why not eat cake and play Q3 the
way it should be played, fast and full of color?
