wobble

Can someone help me fix my problem with all the words on my monitor screen
will wobble all the time. I have tried different monitors, video cards and
different refresh rates etc and the letters on the screen still wobble. What
else could it be?

Some electric interference next to the monitor, is the tower sat right next
to it?
