when i go to update xp, i cant even get a scan for needed
updates. i get a message saying the update software has
been updated and i need new software. click to install.
it thinks for a second and then loops back to 'hey you
need new software to get updates' HP has no idea and im
stuck. no firewall, norton is disabled, history, cookies,
and temp files deleated, all sorts of round about ways
into MS update failed, any help appreciated.
