Applying your personal Setting

Hi
we do have XP professional with sp1 around 100 computers
and they all logon to windows nt domain no roaming profile
Machine boots fast but machine hangs for 30 minutes
dispalying "applying your personal setting "
we need to login has administrator rename existing user
profile and recreate the user profile by loging in again
using Mcafe 4.5.1,office application
