Logon Screen email notification

I use Outlook Express with XP SP1, OE checks two email accounts for me. On
the login screen it will "sometimes" show unread emails from my Hotmail
account but not always, and never from my ISP email account. Any ideas on
how to make it show me all unread emails from all accounts? Thanks in
advance for your time.

That article is now untrue. It is true for a non SP1 freshly installed =
with no updates. However once messenger gets updated this feature DOES =
NOT EXIST on XP. You have to download a MSN messenger addin for Windows =
Messenger, and that addin will control the unread count.
