Ghost "blob" stays on screen & won't go away

Since upgrading all of our users to windows XP many have reported
having ghost images from dialog boxes that were previosuly open still
lingering on the screen. You can close all programs and the image or
"piece" of a previously open window will still stay locked in a
position on the screen (the position varies). I myself have this
happen every day and have to restart my computer to make it go away.

Does anyone know of a solution?

Have you updated the video drivers for the machines having this problem?
