Recovering User Folders

Since my OS crashed I've had to reinstall WinXP. Does anyone know how I can
recover user profiles? Although I log on with admin password I do not seem
able to open the user folders from the previous installation.

See answers to your other duplicate posts. When you create a message in
Outlook Express, click the Newsgroups button in the header list and
select other groups (no more than three total) to cross-post. Do not cut
and paste to create duplicate posts. Also learn how to watch your posts
or "view replies to my messages" so you can more easily find the answers
that others have taken the time to compose for you.
