Path Not Found...

Hello:

While attempting to download Service Pack 2, I inserted
my Windows XP Home eition CD and received the following
error " Path not found. Verify that you have access or
try installation package STDRET.MSI or c:\program
files\microsoft office\office10\1033\SETUP.HLP"

I have searched and have come up empty.

Please advise.
