Can't Get OUT of SAFE Mode in XP

The Problem Started after Dad unistalled a couple of Games
and rebooted . the Computer went into Safe Mode and Will
NOT let Him Do anything Else. What the Problem and How can
WE Fix It

Hold F8 on Startup and from the Menu select Last Known good
Configuration. If that is unsuccessful go here
