System Restore Entry point not found - Help

[Man in trouble]

Hello All,

Perhaps someone can help me. Every time I try to start my
system restore I get the following error message.

rundll32.exe - Entry point not found

The procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll.

I have no idea what to do?

Any help would be appreciated!
