scandisk

scnadisk is included with xp, it should be under system
tools in the accessories directory. scandisk, contrary to
popular belief, actually doensn't fix anything.

It isn't called scandisk anymore, It is called checkdisk (chkdsk) and it is
in system tools on your start menue
