Hi,
I need help! After installing some software on my
computer, it began to act up. It keeps on shutdown and
restart at random and very frequently especially when I
attempt to start up any type of software (anything from
msn messenger to Adobe Photoshop).
1) I tried the system restore feature, attempting to
recover the cpu to previous state of XP. This was
unsuccessful.
2) I also tried to restore the cpu using the "Last Known
Good Configuration" method. This didn't seem to fix the
problem either.
Can you please help me fix this problem?
