When I turn on overlays, the colors of the video go all funny and incorrect. it has with all my video players. If I try to have no hardware acceleration then the colors are back to normal but it doesnt allow me to go to full screen. My Video card is an S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR, and I have the latest driver for it. If I don't use overlays in full screen the video is quite choppy so I want to use the overlays (when it was working normal and with overlays the video was very smooth in full screen). I am using WinXP Home.

You say, when it was working normal.... Have you done anything to the pc
since that time? Added any apps, codec packs, removed anything, system
updates?? Have you checked for virus/adware/spyware etc?
Can you do a system restore to when it was working?

It was working normal unit I installed Virtual Dub and used it to edit a video I had made using camtasia Studios 2. I can't do a system restore back to when it was working, and I have up to date software for getting rid of virus/adware/spyware (including the updates for their databases).
