Had hoped it was a complete solution.
Your procedure gave me ownership of
the subdirectories that contain the
actual word/excel files. BUT, there
are NO files/documents listed as being
in the directories????
SEARCH finds nothing.
Windows Explorer finds nothing.
They must be there.
