CPU 100%

Why does my computer keep freezing, or at least working
verrrrry slowly?

I would welcome any comments or ideas used by others.

Can someone also tell me what CPU is!!

Open the task manager and see which process is using up CPU cycles. End the
task if necessary. Then deduce why it's "stuck" at 100%. Could be as simple
as setting a service to run manually; adding RAM; etc. Is it the System Idle
process by any chance ?
